Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Integrity Testing Services understands that schedules can change.
This policy explains the general approach to cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, missed appointments, and service-specific appointment requirements.
1.Rescheduling an Appointment
Customers who need to change an appointment should contact Integrity Testing Services as soon as reasonably possible.
Appointment availability may vary by:
- service
- collection type
- laboratory requirements
- staffing
- mobile service availability
- employer authorization
- participant availability
A new appointment time is not considered confirmed until the rescheduled appointment has been accepted through the appropriate scheduling process.
2.Cancelling an Appointment
Customers who no longer need an appointment should notify Integrity Testing Services as soon as possible.
Certain testing services may involve:
- laboratory coordination
- special collection materials
- mobile travel arrangements
- employer authorization
- third-party provider coordination
Because of these differences, cancellation conditions may vary by service.
Any applicable cancellation or payment terms presented during booking or confirmation will apply to that appointment.
3.Late Arrivals
Customers should arrive on time and prepared for their appointment.
Late arrival may affect the ability to complete the scheduled service, particularly when:
- multiple participants must be present
- an employer-authorized collection is involved
- chain-of-custody procedures apply
- mobile service is scheduled
- another appointment follows immediately afterward
If the service cannot be completed because of a late arrival, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
4.Missed Appointments and No-Shows
A customer who misses an appointment without notice may be required to schedule a new appointment before service can be provided.
Any payment or rescheduling conditions associated with the original appointment will depend on the service selected and the terms provided during the booking process.
5.Payments, Deposits, and Refunds
Payment requirements may vary depending on the service.
Some services may require:
- payment at booking
- payment at the appointment
- an employer account
- third-party laboratory or provider charges
- additional participant charges
- mobile or travel fees
Any applicable payment, deposit, refund, or cancellation terms should be presented during booking, confirmation, or service coordination.
If a customer has questions about a payment connected to an appointment, the customer should contact Integrity Testing Services before cancelling or disputing the appointment.
6.Mobile or On-Site Appointments
Mobile or employer-site appointments may require additional scheduling coordination.
Travel time, staffing, location requirements, and testing volume may affect availability.
If a mobile or on-site appointment must be cancelled or rescheduled, customers or employers should provide notice as early as possible.
Any applicable travel or service charges will follow the terms communicated for that appointment.
7.DNA Testing Appointments
DNA testing may involve multiple participants and, in some cases, specific chain-of-custody or laboratory requirements.
Customers should make sure all required participants are available before confirming an appointment.
Legal and immigration-related DNA testing may require additional coordination and may not follow the same scheduling process as a private peace-of-mind test.
8.Drug Testing Appointments
DOT and Non-DOT testing may involve different documentation, authorization, and collection requirements.
Employer-directed testing may also be subject to instructions supplied by the employer or testing program.
Customers should follow all preparation and appointment instructions provided with their confirmation.
9.Fingerprinting and Background Screening
Fingerprinting and background-screening appointments may depend on:
- required identification
- agency instructions
- fingerprint method
- required cards or documents
- provider requirements
Customers are responsible for confirming that the selected service matches the requirements of the requesting organization.
10.Service Availability
Integrity Testing Services may need to reschedule an appointment because of circumstances such as:
- staff availability
- provider availability
- laboratory requirements
- weather
- equipment issues
- supply issues
- emergency conditions
- other circumstances outside reasonable control
When possible, affected customers will be contacted and offered a new appointment opportunity.
